Returns & Refund Policy
Heritage Pen Guide lists details on behalf of the manufacturer. All refunds, exchanges, and return shipping logistics are governed directly by Devon Pens Ltd.
1. Returns Period
You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date of your item to request a return. To be eligible, the wooden writing pen must be completely unused, free of ink residue, and returned in its original velvet pouch or presentation box.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-commissioned wooden designs, custom engraved wooden bodies, or pens that have been filled with non-standard inks cannot be returned for refunds unless they arrive with a mechanical fault.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If your pen exhibits feed issues, nib scratches, or wood structural damage, please notify the workshop immediately at [email protected] with photographic evidence. Faulty items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in full, including initial postage fees.
4. Process & Shipping
To request a return, send an email with your original order reference number to [email protected]. Returns must be shipped securely to: DEVON PENS LTD, Unit 10, Ermington Workshops, Ermington, Ivybridge, Devon, PL21 9NT, UK. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the pen is faulty.
